Shipping Policy 2

 Modish Loft ("we" and "us") is the operator of (https://www.ModishLoft.com)
("Website"). By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to
the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and
agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our
service.

GENERAL

Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our
website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not
be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will
fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would
prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us
to process a refund.

SHIPPING COST

We offer FREE SHIPPING worldwide on all orders.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

You will receive an order confirmation e-mail after placing your order. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  We will then process your order for immediate shipment  (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

PROCESSING TIME

The order processing time can take up to 2-5 business days. Processing includes checking, packing, and sending your order out. Processing time should be added to the total delivery time. Our warehouse operates on Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

The best thing to do is email us customerservice@modishstudio.com if you are looking for an exact time for an order or during a specific time of year and we can better assist you.

  • During off-peak months orders are processed within 2-5 business days on average and ready for shipping.
  • During peak seasonal months, orders are processed within 4-10 business days one average and ready for shipping.

Peak Times:

Year to year can be different.  However, we use these times of year as our peak times. Keep in mind that shipping times also play a factor in the overall deliver times for orders. 

  • Valentines Day - February 14th
  • St Patrick's Day - March 17th
  • Easter - End of March
  • Mother's Day - May around the 3rd weekend
  • Father's Day -  June around the 3rd weekend
  • 4th of July - July 4th
  • Back to School -College Sports August thru middle of September
  • Halloween - October 31st
  • Thanksgiving - November 25th
  • Christmas/New Years  December 25th & January 1st

DELIVERY TIME

Generally, orders are in transit for 2-4 weeks days. This varies greatly depending on the destination country. Please allow up to 30 days for you item to arrive, but we always aim to get it to you as soon as we can. We select balance between the fastest and the most cost effective shipping method offered.

After processing the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order.  Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, please feel free to follow up with us at customerservice@modishstudio.com 

Change Of Delivery Address

Unfortunately we can not modify the shipping address after the order has been placed.

P.O. Box Shipping

We are unable to offer shipping to a P.O.Box.

Military Address Shipping

We are unable to offer shipping to Military addresses.

Items Out Of Stock

If an item is out of stock, we will dispatch the in-stock items immediately and send the remaining items once they return to stock.

Delivery Time Exceeded

If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.

CANCELLATION

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

PARCELS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the
parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the
parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer
service with next steps.

Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the
courier.

Process for parcel damaged in-transit

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed
their investigation into the claim.

Process for parcel lost in-transit

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has conducted an
investigation and deemed the parcel lost.

MISSING OR REFUSED SHIPMENTS

Please allow for at least 4 weeks for your package to arrive. Unsure of where your package is? If you received a “Your product(s) have shipped!” email, search for the tracking number included in that email to see when your item is expected to arrive. If you believe your order may be missing, please email our Customer Service Team so we can take the next steps to ensure you receive your order.

Any shipments that are refused by you for any reason will be charged all shipping costs incurred to return to warehouse. Refunds or replacements will only be issued if it is confirmed that a package is missing or irrecoverable.

Modish Loft is not responsible for packages left on the premises due to special instructions left for our shipper.

IMPORT DUTIES & TAXES

Import duties and taxes may be liable to be paid upon arrival in destination country. This varies by country, and Modish Loft encourages you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us.
If you refuse to to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination
country, the goods will be returned to Modish Loft at the customers expense, and
the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost
of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.
